Escape Swims and Escape to the Sauna offer wild swimming and sauna on Cornwalls beautiful beaches. We operate our wood fired sauna across three locations within steps of the sea so that customers and clients are able to access the amazing benefits of Cold Water and Sauna to their mental and physical health. We\'ve built a strong following of regular customers through our integrity and dedication to providing an excellent service and experience for all of our customers whatever their needs.After over 20 years as an educator looking after everything from Physical Education, School development and Safeguarding and Welfare I decided that I would be much better employed helping others access the benefits of wild swimming and sauna. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Combining my experience of elite swimming at Olympic standards with my understanding of wellbeing and problem solving I’ve been able to set up a really fantastic small business with great potential.
