Squint/Opera are experts at engaging audiences through the power of digital media.As HR Manager my focus is the Employee Experience; working with the CPO on strategic company initiatives while acting as a warm-hearted confidante for UK staff and managing a small but mighty People and Culture Team driving company culture and supportive practices- Responsible for HR compliance across UK Employment law and acting as a People Partner for staff, managers and senior stakeholders plus their teams; advising across the majority of People/HR Topics- People Process oversight ( including on/off-boarding) utilising a continuous improvement model and data led decision making. Key contributor to systems rollout where they intersect with HR/People Process- Leading our Career Development initiative across the organisation - including utilisation of the Grow functionality in Lattice - and shaping a Training programme across all disciplines as part of overseeing Performance Management/Reviews and Learning and Development- Looking after employee wellbeing and supporting the organisations DEI initiative; championing Squint/Opera and our values internally and with potential new hires- Reporting to the Leadership team on People/HR issues including ad hoc performance management, disciplinary or other action, updates on UK employment law compliance and supporting with organisation planning and change, assisting the Talent Team throughout the hiring process
