I am a behavioural scientist with extensive experience in combining experimental, survey, psychophysiological, and eye-tracking methods to understand how social (e.g, political, ethnic, religious) groups shape and are shaped by emotions. Currently, I am a Senior Policy Advisor at the Behavioural Insights Team, where I focus on improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and the labour market.
