   I\'m the technical lead for Google Cloud\'s Developer Intelligence team.My team has three main focuses- Strategy. Our team works with leadership of engineering teams across Google Cloud, to validate the success of our current strategy and inform our future product development. We productionize reports and analyses to allow executives at-a-glace views into how their business is doing, while building sophisticated drill-downs into the same tools to empower the entire engineering team to identify opportunities to improve their product- Data Quality. Our team covers the entire stack of analytics. We start working with data as it\'s being recorded in the product logs. We coordinate & contribute to engineering efforts to aggregate this data into a form that\'s easy to work with and contains pre-built metric definitions to ensure consistency across teams. Finally, we use this data to fuel our analytics- Advanced Analytics. Our team integrates open-source tools (R, Python) into our data pipelines to supplement our reporting with machine learning. We forecast KPIs, segment customers, and identify anomalies to keep Cloud products running smoothly-Previously, I worked in Sales Operations. Some notable projects include- Lead scoring. I designed and built a lead scoring system that the GCP sales teams uses to identify high potential accounts. The system uses a specially-designed algorithm, made possible by Google\'s cloud architecture, that quickly can churn though hundreds of millions of potential leads and surface the most promising ones- Experimentation. I created a set of tools for our Inside Sales team to rapidly run experiments. The tool utilizes specialized logic to maximize the power of experiments with small sample sizes, using a combination of \"bsts\" R package and custom matching techniques.
