Hi there! I’m Jelena Maric-Antonijevic and currently serve as an Assistant Dean at Roosevelt University. I have worked in higher education for almost ten years, helping students in Allied Health, Biomedical Sciences, and Pre-Health programs reach their goals and stay on track. My leadership style is based on empathy, fairness, and action. I’m earning my Doctor of Education (EdD) in Interdisciplinary Leadership, where my research focuses on how leadership and belonging help students stay in college.I enjoy building strong partnerships between universities, hospitals, and community organizations to expand educational opportunities.
