ABOUT JELENA DRAGICEVIC

I am a JD candidate with a background in strategy consulting, academic research, and nonprofit work focused on economic and educational recovery and sustainable development. Before law school, I worked at Boston Consulting Group, where I supported clients across the technology, media, telecommunications, and public sectors on cost transformation, government grant writing, flagship event RFPs/RFIs, sales pipeline transformations, demand-centric growth analyses, and MILCON optimization. I authored nine internal publications, including a white paper on MILCON optimizations, and ranked in the top 10% of my associate class. I graduated with high honors from Harvard College, where I concentrated in History & Literature and earned a secondary in Economics. My academic work explored postmemory, nationalism, historical revisionism, and international criminal and human rights law. At Harvard, I held leadership roles in the Human Rights Review, International Review, International Relations Council, and the South Slavic Society, and was additionally active in several publications and speech and advocacy groups. As the daughter of Yugoslavian refugees, I grew up witnessing firsthand how complex legal, political, and economic systems impact individuals and communities. My goal is to leverage my legal training and consulting experience to solve complex problems—improving government programs, advising organizations on strategy, and driving policies that effectively serve the communities they impact.
