I lead a 15-person team of solutions engineers, technical consultants and technical program managers to optimize troubleshooting operations and data analysis for 1P systems supporting Google Cloud operations. We leverage automated solutions we’ve developed, in conjunction with process, policy and data, to drive substantial reductions in server downtime. My org has been highly successful, landing significant reductions in issue volume and duration for the thousands of internal users and dozens of engineering & product teams we support. Are results are directly measurable, and we’ve won several Google Cloud internal awards for delivering strong impact.
