Currently 500+ employees. • Lead the Human Resources, Training and Development, Recruiting and Payroll units within the People Department at Caliber Car Wash. • Effectively communicates with people at every level of the organization, including C suites and and front-line car wash employees. • Supports CEO, COO, CFO, and Director of OPs by championing recruiting, training, and develops business initiatives. • Responsible for making and owning decisions relating to all HR policies and procedures. • Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, and occupational health and safety. • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system. • Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices. • Reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
