   I am currently working as an Independent Facilitator with the WE (Worldwide Enhancement of Social Quality) Program, of Tchibo. The WE Program aims to improve working conditions in production facilities by facilitating multiple factory level interventions inorder to establish high standards on the following elements of Human Rights:1. Child labour & Modern Slavery2. Health & Safety3. Freedom of Association & Collective Bargaining4. Discrimination and Sexual Harassment5. Living wage & Hours of WorkThe Project was initiated in September 2007 by Tchibo GmbH and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) as a Public-Private Partnership co-financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).Tchibo is an internationally operating German retailer, founded in 1949, originally just selling coffee via mail-order. Today, Tchibo is one of the best known brands in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. It offers a wide range of consumer goods in numerous stores and other sales channels. Sustainability is a core aspect of Tchibo\'s business strategy and the WE program is one of the initiatives towards the Sustainability goal.
