In my role, I:• Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and bids through ERP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness• Act as a key point of communication between customers and sister locations, providing proactive updates on order status• Oversee the full cycle of orders — from processing to successful completion• Identify and track opportunities in the CRM system, supporting sales growth and customer retention• Present value-added options to customers, including upgrades, additional quantities, and product enhancements• Maintain up-to-date client data, equipment details, and product pricing within ERP for seamless operationsThis role allows me to combine my strengths in procurement, client relations, and process optimization, while contributing to improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
