About Jehred Reyes
I started standardizing safety protocols at WinCo where I chaired the safety committee. Then it was a Walmart during COVID with a line out the door. Then Imagine Schools. Not the background most people lead with on here. But it\'s the same work every time.I\'ve been in those spaces a lot. Grocery, retail, education, ops. And every time, I ended up being the person who saw what was missing and either built it or fixed it until it worked. At a grocery chain I chaired the safety committee and led onboarding and safety training for new hires. We cut safety incidents 3-5%. I held a 97% customer satisfaction rate across 200+ daily interactions.During COVID I was supervising a retail front end where the safety protocols just weren\'t built for what we were dealing with. I standardized them while the crisis was still happening, kept the store running, held a 98% first-call resolution rate the whole time. Got promoted, earned employee of the month twice. At that same job I upsold my way to a 20% revenue bump. I was paying attention to what people actually needed instead of reading off a sheet. At a school I was figuring out how to teach as I went, using whatever tools and data I had to see what was landing and what wasn\'t. Changed things up for each student based on what the numbers were showing me. Student growth went up 80%.None of that is tech. But I think the people building tools for agencies and field teams would recognize what I\'m describing. When someone adopts your platform and there\'s nobody making sure they actually get value from it, somebody has to see what\'s broken and earn trust with the people using it. That\'s what I\'ve been doing, just in different places.That\'s where I belong. Customer success in public safety tech, govtech, logistics. This is the work I want to build a career around. The kind of work where someone has to care enough to see what\'s not working, earn the trust to fix it, and stay because the mission actually matters. If you’re looking for someone who learns fast, leads with intent, and builds strong relationships that drive meaningful results, let’s connect, or reach out directly at j•••••••@gmail.com.Outside of work, I\'m usually an \"Uber driver\" for my niece and nephew, enjoying time at the zoo, or searching for the world\'s best slice of pizza.
Experience
Freezer Frozen Department Clerk
Feb 2026 — Present · Fontana, CA, US
Grocery Outlet moves high-volume perishable inventory through lean teams, so cold-chain compliance and operational safety sit with the people on the floor, not a dashboard. I own inventory flow for the frozen department: receiving, date rotation, food safety enforcement, and cross-functional coordination during restocks. Same work I\'ve always done, risk mitigation, logistics execution, and keeping systems tight in environments where the margin for error is small.Walked into a frozen clerk role with zero ramp time and drove 11.5% week-over-week sales growth ($7,253 → $8,087) by identifying stocking flow gaps between backstock and shelf. Restructured product placement and rotation without additional budget or headcount in a category where most operators trend 1-2% growth quarterly.
