Process and initiate wire transfer approval to financial institutions due to loan acquisitions and custodian transfers.Assist accounting department by requesting clawbacks from financial custodians.Ensure all member complaints filed with regulatory agencies such as the CFPB and were reviewed, analyzed, researched, and responded to by written correspondence.Oversee and support sub-servicer to ensure each department has properly completed the assigned task and provide regular reporting to Senior Management of any delayed actions.Manage and oversee internal and external ACH, 1098 tax information and lien release documents acting as a liaison between the sub-servicer and various banking departments.Assist subservicer with research requests on property taxes, insurance disbursements, locate recorded documents for lien releases and loan histories and other documents prior to merger or sale of loans.Prepare the Lost Note Affidavits documents for execution as needed due to the sale of loans.
