North American Leads Management & Data Strategy Program Accountable for leading a multi-year North American strategic marketing program, which spans across multiple LOBs, and funded with over $10 Million annually to support business and technology initiatives related to real-time personalized targeting of leads / offers through various inbound banking channels, as well as continuous advancement of supporting data analytic strategies. With strong breadth and depth of understanding of multiple lines of business projects are managed to realize benefit goals. •Oversight of numerous cross-dependent projects ensuring successful business outcomes are the prime measure of success. •Functional management of a team of project managers (2-3) in Toronto and Chicago, ensuring the staffing of the right project management mix exhibiting fitting skills and behaviours. Leading, motivating, mentoring and coaching in order to ensure projects are achieving success. •Accountable for primary relationship with multiple executives from business and technology stakeholders across various lines of business and technology accountabilities. •Chair regular program and key governance forums, such as Steering Committees and Sponsor / CIO touch points, to ensure progress status is shared with key executives and project/program challenges are addressed promptly. •Ensure cross-program coordination of activities, deliverables and benefits. •Build and sustain the day-to-day relationships and communications with business partners at various levels of the organization, including SVP, VP level. •Sustain and management of the relationship with the Accountable Executive throughout the duration of the program by providing sound advice, counsel and support. •Continuously seek and implement program process improvements to ensure the best possible business outcome while complying with enterprise standards
