About Jef Lear
I am a strategic designer who is adept at connecting conceptual product and client requests with the reality of digital implementation. My experience covers print, brand, motion, and is now focused on digital product design (UI, mobile, responsive web). Past projects have allowed me to work in branding, CPG, medical, and web-focused technologies. As a creative leader I build and lead creative teams. My current role as a Design Director has me leading 6 designers on 3 products in the fintech asset-owner space, as well as contributing to the direction of the larger NT Design group. I live by the beach, love music, and will dog sit for free (it\'s a good ice breaker to offer to a stranger).

I lead 6 designers on 3 products in the fintech asset-owner space, as well as contribute to the direction of the larger NT Design group. We work with business and product to help gather requirements and synthesize their concepts, driven by user-centered design practices. We also partner with developers to see the concepts through development and ensure a cohesive and responsive user experience in our web-based application.This one time, we had a pretty good time doing it.
