ABOUT JEFFREY KALIL

I work in complex project environments where coordination and decision-making don’t hold consistently across teams. My focus is on how execution actually plays out across multi-stakeholder setups — and what needs to be structured so delivery can continue under pressure. At Dalux, I work with general contractors and project stakeholders across active construction projects. I support teams in clarifying coordination approaches, decision ownership, and information flow, and share practical examples from project experience to improve consistency across design and site workflows. Before that, I spent over a decade at Elsevier, owning delivery of large-scale platform programs (~1.2M users). This included coordinating multiple teams, managing dependencies, and stepping in when delivery slowed or broke down as scale and complexity increased.Earlier in my career, I worked with developers and real estate stakeholders in NYC, gaining early exposure to how projects are defined — and how those decisions impact delivery.Focus Areas- Multi-team coordination across design and delivery - Decision structures and ownership across stakeholders - Information flow and cross-team alignment - Execution stability in complex environments
