Foxhole Equity is a people-first private investment firm based in Greater Cincinnati with interests in both operating businesses and real estate. I serve as CEO of Tufco Flooring, the leading provider of premium industrial flooring and drain solutions to global brand companies in the food, beverage and manufacturing sectors (tufcoflooring.com). I am also Operating Partner of Diatom Aviation, a preferred repair and assembly solutions provider for DHL, UPS and other global air-cargo carriers in the Midwest. As a Managing Partner of Foxhole Equity, I also co-founded brightSTAR Communities in 2019 to improve lives through affordable housing. I am a values-driven leader with proven expertise across all aspects of global finance, operations, sustainability and communications. My experience includes complex global environments, including four years as CFO of Chiquita, a Fortune 500 company with $4 billion in revenue. I am also proud to have served for 15 years on the board of BSR, whose mission is to create a more just and sustainable world.
