Outliving one\'s retirement savings is the greatest fear of most people nearing retirement age. According to the Employee Benefit Research Institute, 61% of those aged 44 to 75 say running out of money in retirement is their biggest fear. This is why it\'s so crucial to make sure you don\'t run out of money. Consider Social Security strategies, along with products like annuities and solid income-producing investments to provide a full, secure retirement. But the first step to take is to develop a plan. People are living longer. And previously reliable sources of retirement income – like pension plans – are dying out. That\'s where financial planning comes in.There are two ways for you to improve your financial situation:1. Find a better product that potentially pays a higher return - often requiring more risk. Be more efficient by avoiding unnecessary losses. Many people are swinging for \'home runs\' financially. I believe there is more opportunity to serve my clients by helping them avoid the losses than by picking the winners. How I can help you:1. Find money you are unnecessarily and unknowingly losing.2. Take a new look at understanding investments, and exceeding your financial goals.3. Unveiling the misinformation in financial services industry, and implementing solid strategies. ABOUT JEFFREY WOODARD CERTIFIED FINANCIAL FIDUCIARY

We help you keep more of your money, and show you how to use those dollars found to solidify your financial future, preferably without it impacting their current lifestyle. There are only two ways that anyone can be of service to you in the financial services business: 1. Help you find better products than you can today • That potentially pay higher returns • That often require more risk 2. Help you be more efficient by avoiding unnecessary losses I believe there is more opportunity for me to serve my clients by helping them first avoid any unnecessary losses before trying to pick the winners. If you can situate your assets such that you are in the zero percent tax bracket in retirement, then you have effectively insulated yourself from the impact of higher taxes. If you’re in the zero percent tax bracket and tax rates double, two times zero is still zero!Conventional wisdom says you will be in a lower tax bracket in retirement than during your working years.and that made sense in the 70’s. but it doesn’t hold true for the current situation. The truth is that a lot of the deductions you enjoy when you’re working disappear once you retire, and many people end up in a higher tax bracket instead. We know the current tax rates expire on Jan 1, 2026, and they will return to what they were in 2017, if Congress does nothing before that time. But the real danger is what will happen to tax rates in 2028, 2030, and beyond. We are moving into a future where the debt we are taking on will be unsustainable and we will either default on the debt or raise taxes. It will be challenging - but there are ways for people to insulate themselves from these dire repercussions. Most people believe that tax rates will be higher in the future, but they still have the majority of their retirement portfolio in the tax-deferred (tax-postponed) bucket. This is one place where there is a disconnect between what people believe and how they act because of the inertia of traditional wisdom. If you\'re interested to see if you qualify for this strategy.then leave me a note or book a call below in my Featured Section.
