Our company manages the procurement and installation of Architectural Woodwork, Decorative interior finishes, Metal paneling, doors and hardware, Acoustical paneling and a host of other finishes. Currently running: Grady Hospital in Atlanta GA.(1.2 Million). Keesler AFB in Biloxi Mississippi (1.8 Million). UT Fitness Center in Tampa FL (1.4 Million) and Emory Hospital in Atlanta GA.(2.4 Million) Mayo Hospital (2.9 Million) Prior to ISEC I was a Superintendent for Kiewit Building Group working on the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs,(UCCS). This LEED Gold project is a design build 74.8 million dollar 15 acre site student housing, which encompasses 3 dorms (516 beds) and a state of the art dinning facility. My previous 20 years of construction management and project supervision was in: Hospitals, Government buildings, Schools, Arts Center, Tenant Improvements, Multi Family and Residential Construction. I supervised multiple foremen, multiple crews and Project Engineers. Thru quality control, I confirm subcontractors are following local building codes, plans and specifications. I ensure job site safety, organizing site logistics, material delivery and crane use. I created and updated 3 week schedules with P6 directing subcontractors with proper sequencing so construction projects run on time, and in budget.
