ABOUT JEFFREY BEE

a commercially focussed, dynamic and creative multi-channel retailer with over 30 years of expertise within a variety of UK & International companies with turnovers ranging from £20m to £1.0bn. I have accumulated in-depth knowledge in a variety of retail, home shopping and digital formats throughout the women’s, men’s and children’s fashion sector, and footwear, homewares, sportswear and consumer electronics market places. In addition, I have also been engaged in several assignments outside of the traditional retail arena within FMCG and telecoms businesses. For the past 15 years I have operated primarily as an interim specialist and have built a reputation as an experienced, pro-active, visionary innovator and strategist and recognised thought leader within merchandise planning / inventory optimisation / stock availability processes. In recent years I have also developed a broader focus on business transformation, strategy and process improvement projects. An energetic and passionate leader with an emphasis on people and have a solid track record of building, developing, inspiring and coaching high performing teams.A pragmatist who is equally comfortable and confidant operating at Executive Board, Operating Board levels within PLC, venture capital, private equity or privately owned entrepreneurial businesses, I pride myself on being open-minded, flexible, thoughtful and collaborative.
