I help schools and organizations prepare for the future—not our past.With 20+ years in education, from the classroom to international leadership, I’ve supported over 200 schools and districts in rethinking professional learning and technology. Today, my work centers on two fronts:Generative AI in Education: Guiding superintendents, principals, and educators in leveraging AI responsibly and building forward-thinking policies.Generational Leadership and AI Guidance in Business: Partnering with companies to design onboarding, training, and leadership strategies that meet the expectations of a generationally diverse workforce.Whether in a school boardroom or a corporate leadership retreat, my passion is the same—helping people build systems that unlock human potential.
