I am a public sector HR professional with more than twelve years of experience supporting county and municipal agencies in recruitment, selection, classification, workforce planning, and labor relations. I currently serve as the Senior Recruiter for the Ventura County Fire Department, where I lead end to end hiring for operational, technical, and leadership roles. This includes managing high volume candidate pipelines, developing structured examination plans, coordinating SME panels, and improving processes that strengthen candidate experience and department readiness.Before moving into HR, I served as the lead analyst for the City of Palo Alto’s Real Estate Division. I negotiated leases, easements, acquisitions, and development agreements, managed a diverse municipal property portfolio, and presented policy analysis and financial recommendations to City Council and executive leadership. This experience strengthened my analytical, contractual, and stakeholder communication abilities.Across all roles, I focus on building collaborative partnerships, improving processes, and delivering consistent service to leaders, employees, and the community.
