Strategic executive leader with 15+ years of experience scaling nonprofit and for-profit organizations, strengthening business models, and expanding access to education and opportunity for young people and communities. My work focuses on aligning mission, strategy, partnerships, and operations to deliver measurable impact and long-term institutional sustainability.Since July 2021, I have served as President & CEO of Levine Music, a 50-year-old community arts and education institution with five campuses across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. I lead a $13M organization with 250 employees, serving thousands of students and families each week through education, performance, and community-centered programming.
