Senior finance executive with nearly 30 years of progressive leadership experience across enterprise FP & A, operational finance, M&A integration, and segment-level P&L leadership within large industrial organizations.Currently serve as Vice President of Finance for Oshkosh Corporation’s $4B Vocational segment, part of a $10B+ publicly traded industrial technology company. In this role, I lead finance and accounting, strategy deployment, capital planning, mergers and acquisitions, and customer financing across a diversified global portfolio.Throughout my career, I have focused on driving enterprise value creation through disciplined capital allocation, operational partnership, and strong financial rigor. I led the $800M acquisition and integration of the AeroTech business and helped merge two major segments to create a unified $4B platform. Earlier in my tenure at Oshkosh, I led enterprise-wide planning, long-range forecasting, liquidity management, and Board-level financial reporting at the corporate level, building a strong foundation in public company governance and capital oversight.I began my career at The J.M. Smucker Company, where I served as Division Controller and led finance support for multiple consumer brands and plant operations, including ERP implementation and acquisition integrations.I am a CPA and hold an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
