   I oversee enterprise-wide product initiatives across multiple business units, orchestrating the seamless integration of resources and services from business development, operations, IT, enterprise risk, information security, vendor management, client relations, and release management. My role involves launching a diverse range of digital payment and banking solution product lines, with full ownership of the design, build, testing, and deployment phases for debit and credit transaction processing systems, as well as card management systems. These initiatives support over financial institutions, ensuring they have the cutting-edge tools needed to thrive in a competitive market.In my capacity as the Card Suite Program Manager, I spearheaded the comprehensive development, testing, and release of a new card management mobile application across multiple delivery channels, including stand-alone, direct API, and SDK integration. I successfully managed the platform migration process, from scope definition and design to client training, resulting in a seamless upgrade for 3,200 financial institutions. My leadership extended to managing client and external vendor pilots and early adopter integrations, accelerating market delivery and boosting revenue recognition. I provided critical product and integration consultation to digital banking providers like NCR, Q2, Alkami, and Finastra Digital. Additionally, I led American Express’s inaugural debit banking integration, establishing transaction authorization pathways and coordinating the account onboarding and card production processes, which resulted in onboarding volumes exceeding forecasts by sevenfold in the first year. Furthermore, I initiated and managed the integrated onboarding of 10 new merchant loyalty offerings in the Premium Payback Loyalty Rewards Program, including the first joint FIS and WorldPay fuel rewards program, significantly enhancing customer engagement and driving additional revenue.
