Leading a Fintech group often requires many hats to be worn - a typical day could start with a meeting to discuss a strategic plan around a future product to be developed, then to be a part of an off site client meeting to discuss satisfaction around current service levels/ product use and finally wrapping up the day with an employee recruitment/ assessment discussion. The variety of activities requires constant communication and organization - most importantly, a team that supports each other. Our focus at Landcor is simple - deliver the best client experience that we can. This is across all business lines - accounting, web development, support desk etc - because each member of the team has the opportunity to create a positive experience for you, our current or future client.
