I help my clients find lost money they never knew they lost. I have the privilege of helping clients purchase homes and properly monitor their liabilities. Proper structure of a mortgage can create positive cash flow for other investing opportunities. I am a member of a select group of professionals that actually understand how you can manage your liabilities to create wealth. Our goal in publishing the book is to expose our clients to practical and innovative strategies that as a homeowner, can utilize to expand your ability to build wealth - strategies you may not have even considered. The book will be a revelation for many and a clarification for others. The rules of money have changed; yet, most people still operate on outdated information.
