I lead Top Hat\'s commercial operations, including all digital and print fulfillment and logistics. My team handles inventory, manufacturing, order management, catalog maintenance, distributor relations, author royalties and multiple distribution channels including complex delivery models such as inclusive access. I have overseen the integration of 5 major acquisitions into our business processes, while simultaneously simplifying our workflows and improving efficiencies in all areas. I am responsible for cost of goods and gross margin for Top Hat\'s content business.
