I’m Managing Director for Hays Yorkshire & North region, working with 100+ colleagues in 10 offices across Yorkshire and the North of England. We recruit across a variety of industries, including technology, education, engineering, construction and business services. I joined Hays in 1995 as a trainee consultant and was appointed Managing Director (Yorkshire & North) in June 2021. We’re the market leader in the UK, with over 90 offices across the UK and 2,200 consultants, and last year, globally, we helped over people find their next career. Outside of Hays I am also a Director of a sizeable pensions scheme, a Director of a West Yorkshire Multi Academy Trust and an active council member of the CBI.
