About Jeff Williams
I am a licensed attorney with several years of experience in Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Guardianships, Civil Litigation and Municipal Law. I also have an interest in Labor and Employment Law, Real Estate Law, and Corporate Transactions. I served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Ohio Northern University Law Review. My prior experience in retail management has proven vital to my success as an attorney. The skills and talents that I developed in management such as: multi-tasking; time management; leadership; organization; planning; and scheduling have all helped me be a better attorney. Those talents have proven and demonstrated to me that they transfer well to the legal field. My prior experiences have allowed me to develop an interest in the legal fields I described above and many more to come.I am an award winning leader that has a proven track record of success. All of my previous experience has enhanced my education and has provided considerable practical experience in many areas, which enables me to make a significant impact and provide diverse insight. I have developed the ability to critically think, analyze information, and write effectively.With over 20 years of retail experience I have come to realize that people are what make each of us successful. It was the teaching and training of individuals to succeed that made my job enjoyable. As I progressed in my leadership roles, I found that I had a bigger impact in the lives of those around me, whether through training, or influence. It is through this deeper understanding that I have come to realize that I could have a bigger impact on those around me. I am a talented leader who engages others to meet their potential. I am a servant leader who seeks new talent to develop and help succeed. My objectives are to continue to grow as a leader and challenge myself by expanding my knowledge into other areas, such as the legal field. My desire is to be able to make a greater impact on the society around me and influence others for the better.
