As a polymath I leverage my diverse experience to develop novel ways of restructuring difficult problems, enabling them to be solved. Examples include:• SUPPLY CHAIN: I co-developed and patented a solution to protect your brand from financial and reputational damage due to the billion-dollar counterfeiting problem • CYBERSECURITY: I led the design of a business continuity/disaster recovery solution for the Pentagon• MANUFACTURING: I co-developed a manufacturing transformation for a small shipyard to enable fulfilment of a $2 billion contract for heavy icebreakers. The plan included substantial funding through grants for a variety of government agencies.• BUSINESS MODEL TRANSFORMATION: I enhanced profitability of a component manufacturers in the auto industry by transforming them from a low-margin OEM to a high-margin aftermarket supplier.• SENSORS & ROBOTICS: Led a team to design a modular, portable, robotic factory to demilitarize every weapon in the US chemical arsenal without human intervention.
