Responsible for the measuring of Last Mile Delivery Service Partner\'s (DSP) performance and design of strategies to address underlying causes of low reliability. Leading the Peak planning readiness efforts, including the building of mechanisms, communications, and playbooks for field teams to better support DSPs during high volume activity periods. Inventing and operationalizing strategies to increase capacity flexibility throughout the DSP network. Defining and building scalable processes and tools to best match excess DSP capacity with volume demand in adjacent delivery stations.
