I am a self motivated, goal oriented, customer focused business professional. I spent many years working for Guardian Life Insurance company in a variety of positions with ever increasing levels of responsibility and authority. I am now working for McClone Agency as an account manager. I enjoy helping my clients with their issues and making sure that their insurance works for them as much as possible. I am skilled at negotiation, fact checking, research, analysis and customer satisfaction. I have worked on several projects all aimed at improving the customer experience as well as reducing inefficiencies in the work place. I am a team player.
