About Jeff Smitherman
It was critical in my transition from the military to find the right \'Why\' as I finished my career in the Marine Corps. My second career not only allows me to continue to serve but make a significant difference in the people around me. Helping people transition investment property and what is often a lifetime work into something enduring and sustaining for the next chapter of their lives is one way to continue serving. Helping clients who are philanthropically minded significantly change the nonprofit organizations they support is another. Helping Veterans find community and purpose through Patrol base Abbate and other organizations keeps me vested in my own community and purpose. Delaware Statutory Trusts are distinct in both the securities and real estate industry. I enjoy educating accredited investors in not only tax and passive income strategies but also the impact it can have on the nonprofit sector.
