Hands-on contributor, provide leadership, advocacy, recruiting support, and vision to a team of experienced Technical Recruiters who provide recruiting support to Hiring Managers across several consulting practices. This team sources, recruits and hires for a wide range of technical and business consulting positions in the Professional Services Technology Consulting industry, as well as positions in operations and management. Develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates. Manage a well-developed group of quality vendors. Work closely with Recruiting Leaders in other regions to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate on national-level initiatives. Actively recruit for the Detroit business unit, national Commerce, QA, Intelligent Automation, Data Solutions, XD/CX, among other practices. • Manage Executive relationships for assigned business units. • Understand and communicate national priorities to team members. • Provide and facilitate regular update and support calls for Recruiters and General Managers. • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Perficient Recruiters. • Understand current team metrics and create goals for team and individuals.
