   Have assisted with multiple climate assessments. Have conducted focus groups, as well as performance interviews of upper management and skilled positions. Performance coach for more than 60 student interns in the City of Cincinnati\'s Metropolitan Sewer District\'s summer Student Intern Academy. Through this position I personally coached students during professional development trainings and via consultation with worksite mentors. Followed up with behavioral/attendance needs and consulted with multiple facilitators as well as upper management. Conducted training modules for county employees in the Dayton metropolitan area.
