Beginning life as part of the New Deal for Communities for Burngreave, the core principles of which form a foundation for the ethics and responsibilities of the company.The company are signatories on the MINDFUL EMPLOYER charter, they are pledged to uphold the principles of the Sheffield Fairness Commissions Fair Employers Charter and they are registered to be Disability Confident Committed.In addition to the community focus the company also offers aid to charity; currently providing support to the charity Belong, an organisation involved in the support and empowerment of adults with learning disabilities.S3e is purpose driven and places extreme emphasis on the importance of the people working within the organisation to its overall success.S3e Ltd strives to minimise its impact on the environment and reduce its carbon footprint across its operations; S3e Ltd is a member of the Supply Chain Sustainability School.
