1. Senior Quality Assurance Consultant

   Apr 2019 — Present · Cleveland/Akron, OH, US

   Indiana Farmers Insurance, Automation Leader/Consultant (November 2024 - Present)• Manage a team of automation architects and engineers to create and introduce automated scripts using AccelQ to enhance the clients test coverage in their existing CI/CD pipeline for the Insuresoft Diamond platform. Have created over 800 test scripts that provide test coverage of 95%. Developed an automated test framework that is efficient, maintainable, and reusable. All work is managed via JIRA. GEICO - Automation Leader/Consultant (May 2024 - July 2024)• Managed a team of 11 automation architects and engineers to create and introduce automated scripts using Playwright into the clients existing CI/CD pipeline, made improvements to the clients existing framework, and delivered over 175 new test scripts in 90 days allowing the customer to release a new product to the market. The work was managed using BDD in Azure DevOps. Western Reserve Group - Senior Quality Assurance Consultant (April 2019 - February 2024)• Managed the automated and functional test case creation, design, and execution for a Guidewire (Billing Center, Policy Center, Claims Center, and Agency portal) implementation. • Designed an automated utility that allows users to create test data by using a ‘simple’ UI. This has saved the client over hours in 2023. • Created an automated ‘health check’ process that provides the client with immediate feedback on the health of the test systems. • Initiated a robust automated regression process that covered 95% of all the systems transactions. Defect leakage into the production environment was under 7%. • Introduced an automated forms validation process. The process identified customer forms related issues. As a result, business reported defects on forms decreased by 40% in 2023. • Actively mentored offshore and onshore resources, along with the clients Senior Leadership team, and business partners to improve the testing process, test cases design and execution.
