I am a seasoned project manager with a degree in Program and Project Management from Brandeis University. I have led and delivered complex and innovative projects in the electrical and manufacturing industries, working with internal and external clients and partners. My core competencies include manufacturing process improvement, integration of best practices and procedures, and project and program management.Most recently, I work as a Senior Project Manager at Advanced Electronic Solutions, where I manage several contracts for various clients, overseeing the design, installation, and testing of electrical systems and components. I collaborate with the engineering, quality, and safety teams to ensure the projects met the client\'s specifications, budget, and timeline. I also support JJ the business development and sales teams in securing new contracts and expanding the customer base. Previously, I was the Director of Manufacturing & Prefabrication at Dynalectric Arizona, where I improved the manufacturing efficiency and quality by implementing lean and agile methods, streamlining workflows, and optimizing resources. I also developed and executed strategic plans for the growth and diversification of the prefabrication department, increasing the revenue and profitability of the business unit. I am passionate about delivering excellence and value to the customers and stakeholders, and I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
