   Gabriel Brothers, DBA Gabe\'s, is a regional off-price retailer with more than staff across 160 retail locations, four distribution centers, and a support center.I was recruited by the CEO to define, shape, and mature the corporate human capital strategy and vision, inclusive of organizational development, policy, employee relations, talent management, succession, recruitment, loss prevention, legal, compensation, benefits, and training. Over time, my role was expanded to direct the enterprise retail operations strategy, P&L performance, capital planning, customer service, and the company\'s real estate portfolio. Key achievements:Architecting a strategic people roadmap that enabled a corporate transformation into a high-performing, growth-oriented, and value-generating retailer.Integrating HR into strategic conversations at all levels, promoting accountability, growth, and process discipline.Building a leadership bench in support of growth from 104 to 160+ stores (+51%).
