Leader in health services administration, with senior management experience in the acute and post acute sector of the healthcare industry. Extensive operational, financial, planning, and process improvement background has spanned strategy & business development, service lines, surgical services, cardiac services, and ancillary/support functions of the hospital environment. Specialties: Leadership, operations, financial analysis, process improvement, project management, and strategic planning within a hospital, health system and post-acute environment.Believe that by leading with passion and purpose, and always focusing on the patients perspective, we can transform the way healthcare is delivered by raising the bar and reaching best in class performance.As a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, I have also assumed leadership roles as a result of my passion and commitment to the ongoing development of the profession. I have co-chaired the NW Ohio Program Council, providing local educational programming to healthcare executives. Starting in January 2018, I served on the Indiana Healthcare Executives Network Board of Directors for a four year term to assist & give back to the profession within the Indiana market. I currently serve on the Indiana chapters program council, which offers educational events to leaders.

   Parkview Health is a 15-hospital, 1,327 bed not-for-profit health system serving Indiana and Ohio, with employees, and a large multi-specialty physician group, including other free-standing ancillary and support services.Use leadership and in-depth healthcare knowledge to help the health system make strategic decisions, adapting to and preparing for the changing healthcare landscape. Partners with executives, physicians, and board members (including system, hospital, and service line leaders) to develop and implement market-based, forward-thinking, and effective strategies. Primary role is to lead strategy development efforts, implementation of strategic initiatives, and evaluation and implementation of new services or expansion of services- Led the implementation of a new delivery model for the Parkview Southwest campus, which includes a new ambulatory center (including ancillary/diagnostic services), ED, ASC, & women’s health center- Led the implementation of Parkview Kosciusko Hospital, includes the creation of new hospital and operational planning- Succeeded in the integration and implementation of multiple community hospital systems into our health system- Directed a robust team of stakeholders to plan for and open a new 6-floor patient tower on our regional medical center campus- Led the opening of the new Parkview Wabash Hospital, including operational planning, patient move logistics, and the decommissioning of the old hospital- Managed the multi-disciplinary team(s) that opened the new Parkview Cancer Institute; including operational planning, building readiness, move scheduling, and developing a new care delivery model- Facilitating the implementation of the enterprise wide initiative(s) that address Access into our health system through our primary and specialty care locations- Facilitated the transition of 15+ ambulatory departments to become a hospital based outpatient departments.
