Dual role as lead negotiator (TERM TRADER) on short-medium term time charter deals for ExxonMobil (6 months up to 3 years), plus FFA TRADER supporting exposure management and PoV trading across a global traded fleet of crude and product tankers. Extensive experience in both CPP and DPP sectors, now specialising in DPP for both term and FFA markets. Designed and implemented a transformative freight exposure management programme for the traded ExxonMobil tanker fleet. Built and operationalised necessary tools and work processes across a global team to manage freight exposure on a day to day basis. Established externally as the main ExxonMobil face to the FFA market (now focusing on the DPP sector), executing the vast majority of FFA trades with the external FFA market.Responsible for business development and relationship management with key clients and suppliers including ship owners, oil majors, trading houses and ship brokers. Such relationships have led to many positive opportunities and resulted in securing a number of industry leading deals in 2024 and 2025 (VLCC, Aframax and MR markets).Utilised FFA skills and wider professional experience to transform day to day tools & work processes for Time Charter vessel valuation / opportunity evaluation, the gathering and dissemination of market intelligence and the analysis of associated data streams.
