With my C-Suite leadership experience in global financial services and investment management, I am looking for opportunities to apply that expertise in a CIO or other investment leadership role, or in Board roles, including non-profits, corporate and pension fund/mutual fund boards. I currently have part time responsibilities chairing the Simmons University Investment Committee, mentoring entrepreneurs at MIT, and serving on a corporate board in Canada, where I apply my experience and expertise in corporate strategy, risk management, and investment decision making.In my successful career as an institutional equity analyst, portfolio manager and team leader, I recruited and mentored investment talent, established risk management and new incentive structures, and new Asset Allocation strategies, which contributed to much improved investment performance. I joined Investors Group in October 2013 as Chief Investment Officer to lead investment management at IG, which manages over $70 billion across asset classes for retail investors. Prior to joining IG, as Head of Global Research I was responsible for global equities at the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, including both internal and external portfolio managers and a global equity long/short team based in NYC.
