About Jeffrey Wolfer
President and CEO Jeffrey Wolfer has been a driving force in the private lending industry for almost 30 years. Previously, Jeffrey had taken an established private lender from $40 million to more than $500 million in annual closed loans—fueled in part by a $300 million credit facility from a global bank. Jeffrey’s multi-year strategic plan helped facilitate those enormous gains and rapid national expansion, resulting in over 400 loan closings totaling more than $2 billion. Jeffrey launched Silver Arch Capital Partners, which has become one of the premier nationwide private lenders in the commercial real estate market. A winner of NJBIZ magazine’s prestigious Forty Under 40 award, Jeffrey was also honored with the Forty Over 40 award by Midwest Real Estate magazine. He earned his degree in Finance at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
