WORK HISTORY
Lng Commercial Operations Manager @Sempra Infrastructure
Houston, TX, US
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Established a cross-functional working group with PALNG Operations leadership to develop Scheduling and Inventory Management (SIMA) implementation procedures. The procedures define the Annual Delivery Program (ADP) development, LNG and HHC allocations, inventory management, LNG borrowing, operational curtailment, and GHG regulatory framework to ensure Train Owners’ interest are protected for each project phase and as an integrated facility.• Commercial Leadership: Developed Commercial Operations protocols that serve as the guiding principles for implementing operational procedures for Energia Costa Azul (ECA LNG), including all aspects of the Annual Delivery Planning and Ninety Day Schedule process, Feed Gas management and interactions with LNG Buyers.• Economic Modeling: Developed a forward-looking tug fee model encompassing capital expense, operational expense escalators and fuel projections across the tug agreement’s life cycle, supporting PALNG’s 10-year economic plan. Adjacent to the tug fee, developed a cost-competitive, reimbursable tariff structure for tug services charged to LNG tankers. The tug fee model along with the tug tariff will enhance working capital transparency and align cost revenue projections with the LNG production forecast.• Team Leadership: Facilitate bi-monthly collaborative sessions to develop detailed step-by-step procedures for the development of the Annual Delivery Program (ADP), Ninety Day Schedule (NDS) and daily commercial operations, ensuring SPA compliance and operational readiness ahead of LNG facility startup.• System Super User: As a super user, supported the 18-month design, development and implementation of Energy Components (EC). Translated commercial requirements into design functionality. Identified over 30 system enhancements incorporated during the design and user acceptance testing (UAT) phase, which significantly improved commercial insights and system functionality.
