Sooey has served coaches & leaders through unexpected Insights and profound transformation to achieve their destinies.After entering the human performance industry at 26 as a ‘results coach’ working under Tony Robbins, Jeffrey has shared his purposeful and encouraging thought-leadership with distinguished audiences ranging from the International Coach Federation to the Marshall School of Business. As the President of JTS Advisors LLC, he has advised and counseled top executives from General Motors, AT & T, Cisco Systems, and Amtrak, as well as business owners, start-up ventures, and sales teams. His firm partnered to build large coaching collaborations with organizations such as Hal Elrod’s Miracle Morning franchise and Eric Lofholm International.Jeffrey’s mission is to guide his students and clients to see through the complexity of their barriers; working with them to revolutionize their strategy, achieve goals, and surmount challenges.In private coaching, Jeffrey works with executives and independent owners to grow their businesses and manage their success journey. Jeffrey’s mindful awareness and intuition guides clients through each stage of his coaching framework. The insights he provides stem from a multi-layered understanding of each client’s situation, based upon the concept that external circumstances almost never fully explain the roadblocks his clients face.
