About Jeffrey Torone
I am a Manager and Engineer with experience in medical device, aerospace, and IT/business sectors in areas such as Quality management & Engineering, Continuous Improvement, process engineering, what I call “Get-It Done” or “Lean” Project Management. In addition, I have experience with policy / procedure development & maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, ISO compliance and compliance to other standards. I also have experience in Agile and analytics experience. I am currently in an MBA program at the University of South Carolina. The Big Picture: Using my leadership, management, and technical skills, I have experience taking companies from a non-compliant, chaotic, and less profitable state to an orderly, compliant state, and more profitable state. This means coordinating staff, diagnosing issues, improving processes, working across multiple departments, training people, and communicating throughout the organization. I have even done this for technologies that were completely new to me. My most recent experience is at Spectrum Medical as a Quality Engineer, previously at Wells Fargo as a Business Initiatives Consultant / Technology Business Associate, and Quality Manager at a local manufacturing company. I am looking for an opportunity to utilize my skills in a manner to help an organization reach and maintain it\'s goals.
