Create SOPs and processes to create/transform the monthly forecast, annual budget and long-range planning process for the new Company. Provide consolidated reporting for all COO functions (CIO, Cyber Security, CTO, Facilities, Procurement, Product) to the COO and his leaders.Partnered with the business leaders to create detailed plans and business cases for TSA exits as the functions were transitioning from FIS to Worldpay, including creating and monitoring milestones and criteria for TSA exit readiness
