   Extensive experience in designing and managing Geospatial programs throughout the United States and Internationally.Extensive experience in designing and facilitating high accuracy Geospatial mapping programs Transportation, Industrial, local government and Federal projects.Approaches have included:Use of fixed wing and rotorcraft airborne vehicles equipped with multiple types of sensors to create high definition terrain surfaces and cultural feature mapping for Transportation related programs across the United States and abroad.Use of ground terrestrial, ground mobile, rotorcraft and fixed wing platforms to facilitate Light Detecting and Ranging (LiDQAR) data set collection across the United States and Internationally. Use of LiDAR data sets to prepare high accuracy, complex terrain surfaces and compute volumes for stockpiles of materials and unique spatial features.Use of high resolution digital imaging sensors to facilitate extremely detailed pixel resolution orthophoto imagery.Projects have included:Design, implementation and management of multiple State-wide digital imaging programs featuring multiple pixel resolution and spectral deliverable service items.Design, implementation and management of multiple regional LiDAR terrain surface programs to support Flood Plain Evaluation and Management programs within the United Sates and Internationally.
