Engagements include: • Currently serving as Interim CIO for a \"new\" student state university in the Commonwealth of PA formed two years ago by the merger of three existing state universities. Key focus areas are longe-range IT strategy and governance, budgeting and planning processes, post-merger integration, IT performance management and communication, IT organization structure design, and IT organization capacity.• Served as Interim CIO for the North American division of a $10B US/Chinese joint venture global Tier 1 automotive supplier. Prioritized initiatives and resources balancing key objectives including mitigating or eliminating negative customer impacts, delivering new customer program launches, and enabling successful exit from the transition services agreement. Designed target IT organization and successfully secured approvals for roles/positions. Teamed with global Industry 4.0 executive leader and provided interim IT leadership to Global Operations and Industry 4.0 initiatives focused on Smart Factory operations.• Served as Interim IT Leader to define business-driven IT priorities and roadmap, and improve IT operating performance and stability by modernizing the service delivery approach for a $1.5B global ingredients provider.
