A multi-faceted position responsible for ensuring entire system accuracy, company technical support, development of programs to enhance productivity and efficiency throughout the company Revolutionized the way Equi-Tax Inc. mapped collected districts by utilizing self-taught Esri ArcMap software combined with data processed through Microsoft Access and Excel. Enhanced mapping increased efficiency 90% allowing for each district to be mapped annually versus only a handful when done manually. District mapping ensures billing accuracy and income accuracy for the district. Enhanced information Equi-Tax Inc. provided to districts by utilizing additional software in Esri ArcMap. Subsequent information included district maps color coded by various codes or values providing the district with a comprehensive visual view of the district. Monthly accounting of supplemental/correctional files. Each district required manual balancing of both taxable value and tax levy via Excel spreadsheets ensuring internal changes matched appraisal district records. Corrected mistakes were manually reconciled as needed. Additionally, statements were produced and refund letters were prepared. Assisted with addition, enhancement and integration of upgraded computer hardware, printers, SQL Server, routers and switches. Attended monthly meetings providing the board of directors assessment information, adjustments, uncertified information, tax rate data in addition to a multitude of additional information.
